Yes, we will arrange for your vehicle to be inspected.

AZ Warranty adopts “OPEN SERVICE” concept to provide convenience for our customer! You are allowed to maintain all routine services at any of your own preferred workshop(s), regardless of whether it is our panel or non-panel.

> You have to keep every single computer-printed receipt/ invoice when you perform maintenance service for your vehicle. The invoice must indicate (date, plate number, mileage and the brand of engine oil you replaced)

> Do not misuse, neglect or modify your vehicle during your warranty period.

No, the warranty can't be transferred to the new owner. If the new owner wants to get warranty service, they need to repurchase themselves.

Once your warranty plan is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another vehicle.

Yes, the duration depends on the Warranty Plan you choose. Some plans have a waiting period of 28 days, while others are 7 days.
